Domino

The idea of the lab.inc x tide domino game came about during the worldwide pandemic. During the first UK lockdown, I got a call from a friend in Switzerland, who asked me, "Do you ever play Dominoes?" quickly followed by, "Why don’t you design a set? It could be made with upcycled ocean plastic, and not be just a normal black and white set?”

I'd never played dominoes before, but thought it sounded like a good game I could play with my family. Once we'd started playing, I soon started thinking about a lab.inc domino set. 

The effect of the pandemic was truly devastating. However, the one positive thing for me, and probably for many others, was that I got to spend a lot more time with my family, in particular with my son. This meant I had to get a bit more creative with the games we were playing!

The lab.inc x tide domino set is great fun to play with, and because it's made with upcycled plastic, it’s also better for our planet - something that the young generation really appreciate too.
